Welcome to PureSynq. By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PureSynq ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PureSynq is a pool service management application designed for pool service companies. The Service includes tools for customer management, service reporting, automated invoicing, and integration with third-party accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online.

3. QuickBooks Integration

PureSynq integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to provide invoicing and billing functionality. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize PureSynq to:

• Read your QuickBooks customer, invoice, estimate, and payment data
• Create invoices, estimates, and payment records in your QuickBooks account
• Sync your accounts receivable data for display within PureSynq

PureSynq will never delete or modify existing QuickBooks records. We only create new records on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PureSynq is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PureSynq, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

8. Fees and Payment

PureSynq may offer subscription plans with associated fees. All fees are stated in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request export of your data prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

PureSynq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSynq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
